I had acquired a few of your oils but had been using it sparingly like the Queen of The Night during group meditations and workshops only and perhaps a few days before and after. Then Kuan Yin I would use, again sparingly, almost daily. Instant Happiness I used when I felt I needed a boost to start of my day. Recently, because of the major shifting in the energies at this time, I've started using daily the Instant Happiness and Durga oils. Kuan Yin would always be in my bag and so I would use it from the middle of the day or at end of day. I guess I'm slowly getting into the hang of using the oils basically because I'm also sensing their presence. Using the oils is my way of acknowledging their presence and infusing my body with their presence even more. Also through my shaman wisdom cards, I've learnt to become whomever I want to invoke - an even more powerful way of using all the tools that I've been given/gifted.

QUEEN of the NIGHT, anointing oil. The back of the bottle says its a celestial guide through transitions both painful and pleasurable, dark and light... My mum (by marriage) passed away and two days later I had to go to a job interview. I used a drop each on my wrists and rubbed a little on my heart chakra, as i felt I needed a little there too. Well, success - it felt slightly odd throughout the interview because i was unusually calm and collected (even at the mention of her death where I would normally have broken down into a blubbering mess, I remained somewhat detached) actually for the rest of the day I felt a little detached from pretty much everything, though able to think clearly and function normally. I woke the next morning full of sadness, tried a little in the afternoon with the same effect. I realised the next day I need to experience the sadness - go through this process of loss and will only use in future for specific situations. Brilliant!
